Soni Sori was tortured with electric shocks in Police Station

Dear friends

Just recieved a phone call from relatives of Soni Sori , who met her in
Dantewada court, where she was produced. According to her relatives she told them that Soni Sori was given electric shock in Police Station in Kuakonda ,Dantewada.

and that she was forced to give false statement of falling in bathroom. She was threatened by police that if she discloses about police torture they will arrest her younger brother Ramdev who is the lone caretaker of three children of Soni Sori . According to them on Saturday night police woke up Soni Sori, undressed her, and put electric wires on her fingers. She also conveyed "ye sab SP ne kiya " (SP did all this ).

Above description corroborates medical reports received by us today, which is submitted by Chhattisgarh State in Supreme Court of India. Medical reports clearly says " black marks on fingers", and " "history of unconsciousness"

Tomorrow the case will come up for hearing in Supreme Court.
