While travelling in Bihar, my home state, its sad to see, after so much euphoria on 'Su-Sasan' the rights of children are still in bad shape. Government schools at villages, mostly having teachers from domiant caste, are still non-functional. With no one daring to raise voice, the schools have practically got converted into relief (mid-day meal) distribution centres for poor children.
