The Statesman New Delhi 10 December 2010 - Mahender Singh Manral writes, Parents submit letter to CM - All India Parents Association (AIPA) today submitted a letter to the chief minister and demanded not to implement the point system in all the private schools. President of AIPA, Mr Ashok Agarwal, said, "The draw of lottery system for nursery class admission is possible but other criteria would be discriminatory and opposing to the provisions of RTE, 2009 which prohibits screening procedure."
