Right to Neighborhood School is not only inclusive and in Best Interest of Children (Right under CRC) but this will also expose and correct the island model of development the country has, and Delhi being the best example, where the best schools and hospitals are all concentrated within the small geography, to serve the politicians and bureaucrats. The pain of the top bureaucrats and politicians can be well understood, as many also loose from the shift, on the share they have in the school management. Thanks / Regards Vikram Srivastava (vikram@ithought.in)
